Policies for University View House
|
General Policy Statement |
- The guest identified on the reservation, must be at least 25 years old, and is responsible for the house and any damage done while occupying it. Maximum occupancy is limited to 6 individuals. Violation of any Guest policies will also result in immediate eviction with no refund. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. This is a non-smoking house which includes the porch and the rest of the property.
No parties are permitted on the premises. If there is evidence of a party, excessive noise, music, or illegal activity Guest will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, no refund given, and a fee of $200 will be charged against the security deposit. This fee is in addition to any additional cleaning, replacement cost of broken items, and repairs needed resulting from violation of this policy.

| Cancellation Policy Statement |
- Cancellation of a confirmed reservation may result in a cancellation fee. All cancellations must be received in writing or email. If a booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the arrival date a 50% refund will be provided. The other 50% is forfeit. Cancellations prior to 4 weeks before arrival will be assessed a cancellation fee of $100.

| Payment in Full Policy |
- 4 Weeks prior to Arrival
- Payment in full is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. If booking for arrival date is within 30 days, entire payment is due upon booking.

| Checkin/Checkout |
- Checkin before: 04:00 PM
- Checkout after: 11:00 AM
- Guest can access the property any time after 4:00pm. Early arrival or late departure may be available; please check with management at least one week prior to arrive for availability. Upon payment a key code will be provided to the guest. This will provide access to a lock box containing the keys. It is the responsibility of the guest to keep up with the keys and leave them in the drop box upon departure. The guest will be charged a $50 fee if any of the keys are not returned at time of departure. To allow time to prepare the house for the next guest we require that the current guest be out of the house by 11:00am.

| Deposit Policy Statement |
- A $100 holding deposit is required with your reservation. This will be applied to rental payment when it is made. Additionally a $200 dollar security deposit is require. If there are no damages or extra cleaning charges when the unit is cleaned after your departure the security deposit will be returned to you by US mail service.
